owners- get 20 people

main owners- get ALOT of people!!

6. mods owners: FOLLOW RULES

7. mods owners: don't make moderators or owners for no reason, they have to do rule number 5

One day, Maura and Roaa were BORED.. So they thought of making chats, Once they made the chat.. Maura was like: HOW ABOUT WE MAKE THIS INTO A BLOG? Roaa agreed. So we made it this, we both are puppy lovers and we hope u love puppies to! Please don't hate, we made this on August 18, 2012
